Join us Saturday, November 8th from 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm for the Tenango Mexican Style Embroidery Workshop

Join us for a class focused on Tenango embroidery, a vibrant and culturally rich technique originating from the Otomi communities in Hidalgo, Mexico. This workshop will introduce participants to the unique visual language of Tenango — known for its colorful animal and floral motifs that reflect the connection between nature, tradition, and storytelling. Participants will create their own colorful and unique embroidery piece, inspired by traditional Tenango designs. Using pre-drawn patterns and a curated palette of bright threads, they will learn the stitches, guided step-by-step in a relaxed and engaging environment.
