Please do NOT send payment at this time. We are accepting applications at this time only. Upon acceptance, we will notify you and arrange for payment at that time. We will accept vendor applications until October 1 or until all booth spaces are filled. There will be NO refunds for booth cancelations without special approval by board vote for extenuating circumstance.
All vendors must remain set up until the close of vending hours.
The information I have provided and is contained herein is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief. I agree that this is an intent to exhibit and if selected, I will be responsible for vendor booth fees.
